This heavy-duty film blowing machine produces heavy packaging films for applications such as packing chemical raw materials, industrial parts, and bulk granular materials. The resulting films are designed for high strength, puncture and tear resistance, and strong weather resistance.

  Compatibility with Strong Raw Materials

  This machine can stably process high-strength polyethylene (such as HDPE and LLDPE), PP, and their blends. Some models support multi-layer co-extrusion (e.g., 3–5 layers). By adding toughening agents or composite reinforcement layers (such as PA), the film’s tensile strength and impact resistance can be further improved.

  Durability and Automated Design

  The extruder screw and barrel are manufactured from high-strength alloy, suitable for plasticizing high-viscosity materials and reducing wear. Equipped with a PLC control system, the machine precisely controls parameters including extrusion temperature, take-off speed, and blow-up ratio. Together with automatic tension control and the winding system, it helps ensure uniform film thickness and a neat, consistent winding.

  The produced film offers excellent puncture resistance, high strength, and good stiffness, with a smooth surface and high gloss. It also provides effective barrier performance against oxygen, moisture, and other substances. The system supports online multi-color printing, delivering clear and well-adhered prints. A newly introduced high-performance cooling system improves bubble stability and increases production by 15%–20%. The five-layer configuration provides a wide range of formulation options, supporting the production of three- to five-layer films for various applications.
