Mono Layer Film Blowing Machine

The high-speed HD/LD film blowing machine is designed to produce plastic film under 1200 mm. It delivers efficient, stable performance for high-volume film production.

  The mono-layer film blowing machine is equipped with a Siemens motor and a 100% genuine three-phase frequency-conversion speed-regulating system, with inverter control. This uses internationally recognized components to deliver higher precision and improved energy efficiency.
  The gearbox uses a purpose-designed hard-tooth-surface reducer in accordance with national standards for extrusion machines. It offers a universal design and uses accessories that are easy to replace. An internal and external oil circulation system is adopted.
  An oil pump provides lubrication to the bearings to enhance service life. The gearbox is fitted with a cooling plate to reduce heat generated during operation, thereby improving cooling performance. In addition, the gearbox includes an oil filter to filter the lubrication oil, ensuring oil clarity.

  The screw is made from a customized dual-alloy, high-speed and high-plasticity material. It is also fitted with a water-cooling device to maximize machine output. The screw includes a 5-year warranty. The screw L/D ratio is 32:1.
  Screw heating uses separate ceramic heaters for each zone to ensure stable temperature control across all sections. These separate ceramic heaters provide a longer service life. If one heating zone is damaged, only the affected ceramic heater needs to be replaced—there is no requirement to replace the entire set—helping reduce production costs within a given time period.

  The mono-layer film blowing machine uses Taiwan-quality, high-performance dual-duct wind ring / triple-air-duct wind ring for cooling. It is also equipped with well-known wind ring components of the same quality.
  The die head is manufactured from 40Cr forged steel and processed with precision machining, followed by tempering treatment. Long-term heating operation is not prone to deformation.

  The winder uses an automatic discharge system and is equipped with a Siemens-brand high-quality frequency-conversion motor. It is also fitted with a gas-lifting shaft conveyor arm.
  Winding is controlled by a full-tension control system, and the winding motor uses servo motor control. This provides a high energy-saving rate and ensures higher winding accuracy.
